How much is shipping?
All orders of $500 and over qualify for free shipping. The shipping rates depend on the product package weight you purchase. The rates for different countries vary as well. Please check the following table on the bottom page for references.
When will my order ship?
We want you to have your new MIKIT Keyboard as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
How long will it take my package to arrive?
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our warehouse. Delivery takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please check the country list below for information.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
Why is shipping delayed?
Shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or international customs inspection delays are beyond our control. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us for further assistance. Please contact support@mikit.store if you have any questions.
What's your return policy?
Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send a return request to support@mikit.store within 7 days of delivery, and our team will assist you. For more information on our returns policy, please visit our returns page.

What will the cost consist of?
It's important to understand the costs that may apply. Depending on the type and value of the goods, you may have to pay for:
- transport costs, insurance, storage charges, and other handling charges that are levied by the logistics provider

- clearance and permit fees
- customs duties
- Federal/Provincial Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- other fees and taxes.

If your packages were detained by your country's customs, please contact us to offer the related commercial invoice and shipping documents.
